Just a quick note, have found a nice gold mine of niche site ideas and am working on compiling at this very moment.

By the time I’m done it will probably have around 2-3,000 prompts/triggers to help stimulate ideas.  At the very least they should serve as a good starting point in case you’re having a hard time finding good ideas.
